Links may be included in SMS messages when necessary to allow recipients to securely access the QV web or app experience for account authentication, verification, or viewing scheduled messages.

4.2 User Consent and Opt-In

Recipients receive SMS messages only after:

  1. Choosing to proceed via a secure web or app experience, and
  2. Successfully verifying their phone number using a one-time PIN, and
  3. Explicitly consenting to receive notifications related to a scheduled personal message.

Users may opt out of non-essential SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP.

Certain SMS messages, such as one-time PIN verification codes, are necessary to authenticate your account and cannot be disabled without impacting access to the Service.

4.3 SMS Service Provider

QV uses Twilio as its SMS delivery provider. Phone numbers are shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering transactional SMS messages required for service functionality.

Verification Data: PIN codes and related logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.

14.3 Carrier Information

SMS messages may be delivered through various mobile carriers. Neither QV nor Twilio controls carrier delivery times or reliability. Carrier fees may apply.
